S9 Deployment Acceptance

After S3–S5, use this checklist on site.

9.1 Physical install

• [ ] Install mode matches S4:
  • Tilt mount: 2–3 m (typical 2.5 m), 30° down-tilt
  • Flat wall mount: typical 1.5 m, 0° down-tilt
• [ ] Height measured to radar center
• [ ] Radar level, no roll
• [ ] Wall plate hole line vertical
• [ ] Bracket secure; cables clear of aperture
• [ ] Bedroom: foot-of-bed side wall, not above headboard

9.2 Coverage

• [ ] Target activity in S2.4 blue zone
• [ ] No new metal/mirror on axis

9.3 Power & LEDs

• [ ] Side or back Type-C, 5V 2A (either port)
• [ ] Waited 1+ minute (S2.3)
• [ ] LEDs per User Setup Guide (power-on & status)
• [ ] LED off when running is normal

9.4 Platform & provisioning

• [ ] Online after provisioning (User Setup Guide)
• [ ] SN (A1W) correct; height & down-tilt match site
• [ ] Position and azimuth set

9.5 Functional check

• [ ] Live / Preview shows data
• [ ] Self-calibration (S5) if needed, then switch off
• [ ] SD card if playback needed

9.6 Result

Result	Condition

Conditional	Physical OK; IT pending
Fail	Height/angle/level/bed wall → redo S3/S4
