Q1: Inaccurate body motion on UI?
Possible causes
- Cluttered test area
- Wrong height or angle

- Check S4 Height & angle
- Run S5 calibration
- Remove occlusion / reflectors (S6)
Q2: Person count wrong?
Possible causes
- Strong reflectors in zone
- People too close together
Actions
- Move metal cabinets / mirrors
- Increase spacing at start
Q3: Target suddenly disappears?
Possible causes
- Still and far from radar
- Large occlusion
- Weak returns
Actions
- Adjust mount; keep target in core zone
- Reduce blockage
Q4: Fall occurred but no alert?

May not trigger for
- Fake fall, sudden sit/kneel, immediate stand-up
Q5: Fall alert without a fall?
Main cause: incorrect installation
Examples
- Device on desk or non-standard location
- Headboard wall mount (use foot-of-bed side wall — S3.3)
- Height/angle/roll far from S4
